Returns
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please see below to ensure you are elegable for return.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return meets the above criteria please contact us. Returns will not be processed without proir arrangement. Once your return is appoved please ensure the goods are returned within 14 days. If for any reason you cannot return the goods within 14 days please contact us immediately.
Faulty Goods
Any faulty goods should be reported to us immediately. Goods within 30 days of receipt can be returned for a refund or exchange. After 30 days good can only be repaired or replaced.
Should you discover a fault with a product, Please document the fault including detailed photos as this will be required.
Any faulty goods within 30 days or receipt will be collected from yourself at no cost to you once evidence of the fault is provided and verified.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's / payment method policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If your return is accept a refund will be the full item price minus any additional shipping charges.
When you ship your item to us, please ensure a copy of your original proof of purchase is included, along with any order information to avoid any delays in processing your return.
